Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are set individually by each hotel and are shown on the hotel's page and again during checkout before you complete payment.

General Guidelines

• Free cancellation windows, if offered, are specific to each hotel and room type.
• Cancellations made after a hotel's free-cancellation window may be subject to a cancellation charge as set by that hotel.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay.
